Your company is in trouble Mary, they have set you up to be part of the failure. Send your team out and get rid of those mgrs that are hurting the company, we all know who they are, ask us, even the previous dept mgrs can tell your team more than you can imagine.
If you don’t do this you are part of the failure, your leading the wY either up or down to no return!! I know so many that are willing to share truthful information including myself, willing to prove my information. Steve T won’t be known for the failure, Mary you will!

CEO Mary, wake up and look at your SM’s some of them are helping punch holes in the bottom of your sinking ship!! Start with SM at #51 and his OPs Mgr they see the worst. OPs steals time and has for years but she will tell you she has a job guarantee, lies about employee and falsely documents incorrectly about associates, she should be fired!! Your SM at #51 has lied and laughed about how stupid the company was because he got away with his behavior. Like the previous posting said, talk to the previous associates we know all about it.
Take control of your stores before they are all closed.

Why isn’t SM at store 51 on PIP? He should have been gone years ago for lying! Investigators should look into this Mgr and talk to the present and past mgrs that know what he did... shocking to say the least

All Sam's in district were either muscled out, transferred farther than they could drive or PIP. All Ops and Asm are gone in district. The hourly dept supervisors the brought in are being used to run store are being paid $11-12 an hour. Store managers should close their email before going home because some of us know how to use it. Closing at 8pm, running less than 350 hrs a week and PIPing your mgmt away will not save their sinking ship.

My store manager was just demoted from a PIP, and our ASM was let go after PIP right after. Our other ASM was promoted to be our ASM. Not sure if we will get anyone to be our ASM now.

Don't let them break you. Keep showing up, keep taking their money and s—ing up the benefits long as you can because this is what pisses them off the most. They're grasping at anything, trying to plug holes in a rapidly sinking ship but as usual do not know the first thing to do that will actually make a difference. Sad really. Stock at just over $9. Entire market recognizes this Titanic.

My SM has been since February, but we keep losing key carrying managers and full-timers so that’s why they haven’t dropped the axe yet. She’s got her resume out there but can’t find the pay she wants, so she keeps hanging on. Everything we do in the store revolves around her PIP (as if we don’t have enough to do already) so it’s really causing a strain on the store.
