If you are a high paying ASM and are getting written up all of a sudden, take a medical LOA, go on short term disability if you have it. A few people have done it and that buys them enough time to find another job.

Doesn't matter anyway. Looks like nobody getting laid off
Doesn’t work, they will and can lay you off even if your on short term, that’s a fact!!
