So now stop pushing the beyond plus. Ask for email sign ups. Morale is ridiculous low. We are losing really good people because they know we told them you will never get an increase. You are at max for your position. One day is push beyond plus next day is don’t even mention it. The people that are leading this company and giving us direction need to get their act together. We still believe in this company otherwise we would by gone too. It needs to start at the top not in the stores. Someone needs to take leadership and make decisions that are consistent not change week to week. Get your act together you 6 figure plus leaders.

It’s not even the pay, it’s the way the employees are and have always been treated. The culture needs to change- laziness and pomposity at the top is the most destructive element of this company. Until employees are treated as the company’s most important asset, no amount of change will right the ship.
This company is on life support. Only way to save it is to get the 6 Infinity Stones and go back in time and fix this debacle.
Reason enough to leave this sinking ship is that your max pay is lower than the entry level pay at most other retailers these days. You want to remain competitive? Pay your people properly.
