Upstate ny will be reducing dm’s by the end of the year. Buffalo /Syracuse area

Oneonta closed, and so did Elmira (Big flats). Also 2 on Long Island (I know it’s not Upstate, but still a NYS issue).
Batavia closed. 140 Cheektowaga is closing. Pretty sure 1385 Niagara Falls will be next. That’s a d volume. 140 is a C volume. Depending on the mall 1056 should close too
So many stores have closed in upstate Ny it’s not a shocker. That’s partly a state issue there. Not a bbb issue.
So, one decline in comp is better than the other?
