My settlement check arrived today!
Just received my check in the mail.

The website is for the state of New Jersey only that's what the gentleman said. Apparently there are two different lawsuits.
Has anyone had a problem logging in to the website? I put in my information and it says I am not found. I logged on back in March and made sure I took care of this right away???? I even did a screenshot of it when finished. I called the number but haven't heard back???
Just called and they said checks will be mailed on August 21, 2019
What's the latest word on settlement checks being distributed?

For anyone who has called about the settlement checks can you please share the phone number?? I have been seeing dates of the checks not being mailed until august 26th? How many have heard this??

I can confirm that we received your claim form.
Payment to those eligible Assistant Store Managers who submit claim forms will be made shortly after the notice period ends. Although we do not know the exact date at this time, the notice period will last until approximately July 4, 2019. When the checks are mailed, you will have 60 days to cash your check.
Does anyone have the contact info for law firm? Or even the name and I can look up. When I mailed info it mailed off all info and I should have written it down. Looks like others have called but fingers crossed it’s coming soon.

I was told they would go out by the end of July. Where did the end of August date come from?
And now look at how the ASMs got screwed. If we took the 50 hour a week deal we work more hours for the same pay, risk our PTO if we calculate wrong, and work more hours than even a store manager. Stupid and not fair.
Nowhere in any sort of paperwork did it say that as an ASM I had to stay late and work like crazy. I chose to do it and I sure as hell feel I deserved more than what I was making as an ASM. That settlement check is deserved.

It’s sad that 2 people sued and now all Asm mangers are getting money? How so? Are you sad your not getting money ?
It’s sad that you “managers” took a high paying job then feel that you need to sue for more money for overtime. Sorry but that’s what managers do they put in the hours that’s why you make so much more than hourly employees hope you all get your money before bed bath has a fire sale.
I called today and she stated that the acknowledgment period ended July 3rd and now are waiting on the courts for a distribution date. They should know more information on the distribution in 2-3 weeks
