ASM’s beware. Your probably the next group up for reassignment or lay-offs. With continual monthly reduction of budgeted store hours of 20%, you will soon find that there is no payroll left to fund your salaries. When a 25 thousand square foot Bed Bath location is told by RVPs that they can only spend 320 man hours in a week to get everything accomplished including servicing customers and making daily sales goals, you should know your Jobs are in jeopardy. Be sure to thank RVPs D.P and S.D for running the highest productivity numbers and losing sight of reality.
Who knows. Anything can happen now. Just be ready for anything I guess. It's sad because bbb used to be a fun place to work but now well it's just depressing wondering who's getting laid off next, what hours are going away, other shoe to drop. Just sad.
Or any other changes?
