In New York State, many companies are now offering a year end bonus where they formerly never had. What do you think is the reason? I think there must be a NY tax incentive or other reason for this-not that Xerox wants to reward loyalty.

Wonder how the Business Resumption Plan working for the US jobs offshored to Guatemala and the Philippines? India has its own issues with Covid-19. The only thing helping the situation is that Xerox has a much lighter customer base now.
