Wait, we haven't PAID for that year end generosity yet.

Wouldn't say it was a dud for the employees. Didn't everyone get a 1% bonus?
@1zky+18DoB9pW you will be waiting a year because we ain't getting a 401k match until 2022. And if I was a betting person, we probably won't get one then either.
Tech-Dumpster . That says it all.
@1zky+18DoB9pW There is no 401K match in January; they took that away in lieu of raising the insurance premiums. Or that's the reason they gave on the V-Sleazy update briefing and the recap email.
x s—s, but there are worse companies in this industry. Life isn't work, work pays the bills, you expect anything more from a large global corp you are a fool. If you want to enjoy 'work' start your own business, don't work for the man.
Hey - I’m with you, it’s not great - it’s beyond not great - but if you’re working for a publicly traded company in 2020 and beyond and see it as anything more than “just a paycheck” you’ve been conned.
This is all just paychecks. You’re a number everywhere. If they put your name on a plaque and throw you a party it’s just because they know it’ll make you just as happy but be cheaper than a raise.
Your “good old days” are gone. Perhaps especially at Xerox, but most other places too.
I can’t help but think many of us on here would be much happier once we all accept that the idea that the profit-seeking entity signing our checks isn’t a kind parent to us that wants us to succeed. It wants us to make it money, and once we don’t make more money than we cost, it stops caring. That’s whether your CEO is Anne M or John V.
Waiting on my 401k match in January, then entertaining invitations.
It’s a paycheck nothing more ...Zero company
Yep, just like the last 7 or 8 years but who is counting .
Still waiting to collect on that 4 to 1 stock.
Was four shares at 7 to 1 at 28...
Three years later at 22. Wow !
My company had an incredible year. Leaving Xerox pre-covid was the best decision of my life.
Xerox is and will continue to be a dud company that is on the decline. covid just ramped this up but the decline was inevitable. It’s nice to work for a winner, let me tell you!
To be fair, this was a dud year for most companies. You can blame covid for at least part of it.
Can’t blame COVID. This train wreck went off the tracks many years ago ...TechDumpster.
