I'm getting out too! Got my second interview today and I think its in the bag. Better pay, better hours, better industry, more challenging work, remote work at that. I will definitely let it all out in my exit interview. Start looking cause there's far more to your job than printers. Abstract the printer and what do you have? These are skills that I marketed. So can you.
so happy to hear there is life after xerox worked 34 years got sick with covid 19 while working in NYC went around distributing mask and sanitizer on my oun time and still got IRRIF now in DEC. we are really a number there no loyalty anymore hopefuly i'll be furtunatre enough to find another job like you guys God Bless and have a great Christmas
I’m out too. Landed a $5k pay increase, 4.5% match on first 6% contrib, $116 per month for individual medical coverage with $1500 deductible. 2.5% annual increase salary. Happy to be seeing how the other side has been living.
Love to see people get out of this cesspit. Affirming that there are still kool aid chuggers telling people to leave or stop yer b!tching. Not everyone is in a position to make a move.

I quit last year . hadnt had a raise in 15 years . union lol went from 50 thousand a year to 64 life is better without xerox . people cant believe what we pay for benefits .i pay half of what i used to and a lower copay . life is 10 times better no stress about layoffs every day . and a sell out union .happy holidays of yes i get a bonus too . ask the union about that .
