Any news on December RIFs? It wouldn't be the first time Xerox decided to cut a bunch of employees just ahead Christmas.

XBS employee here, the more I read or learn how disgraceful Xerox execs are, the more disgusted I am. Xerox should be ashamed of laying off anyone before a holiday, not to mention Christmas. The Xerox board responsible for this should look in the mirror and fire themselves. Here's an idea, stop taking from poor an cut a few high end salaries, you know the ones with 6 to 7 0's at the end.
Does anyone have an idea how many furloughed haven’t been laid off yet? This gives a count of at risk or likely layoffs in December

@1znj+18bd40MR in Idaho. All that were furloughed were terminated yesterday.
True to form .... Xerox lays-off right before and during the holiday period...Management has no shame.
@1znj+18bd40MR ....28 weeks and manager made the call....bunch of forms to sign...the usual way Xerox does things right before a major holiday...and yes, they want everyone off the books by Dec 31 for the 4th quarter right offs...
Yes, we had at least one person laid off in the Northern California area
Holiday layoffs are a tradition at Xerox. More so after they acquired the infamous hoax known of ACS.
I think Xerox wants to get everybody on furlough off the books by Dec 31
How long where you on furlough and how did they contact you. I have been on furlough for 26 weeks now
#@1ujj+18bd40MR - So sorry! What location are you?
Just got terminated after furlough. 8 weeks severance if I agree to never making any legal claims or complaints against them forever.
Well, they could rif a c-ap load and bonus the leftovers for a lower total payout....
They are paying a loyalty bonus this month. They would not be doing that if a layoff was coming.
Historically Xerox lays-off during the holidays.
Start a day early please
Although, this year, being laid off from this place might really be seen as an early Christmas gift, considering the state of the company.
