Steve should be CIO at a small company. Naresh should be CEO at a small company. Both out of their league and area of expertise. Naresh should also come out of Silicon Valley and Steve should avoid NC strip clubs. Carl should enjoy his golden years rather than screwing with peoples lives. Can this be right?!? I clicked on the Board of Directors at the link above. There are only 7 people. And three of them are named Icahn/Deason people (including JohnnyV), two more have past ties to Icahn. The 6th person is a private investor with no experience in running a manufacturing or technical company. The only one with any chops is from Deloitte. Unbelievable. This is clearly set up to approve whatever Icahn wants. I've only been away for 2 years - the company is unrecognizable.
