Are those who are being laid off losing their accrued PTO? I’ve been saving mine for vacation this summer but am wondering if I should be using it. I guess we can’t count on the 60 day notice from the WARN Act.

Here’s to hoping all the providers see these messages and know why they will never get their issues solved. It took a staff of over 300 to resolve problems. Now only 80 are left to do the work left behind.
