Nobody on our team received an invite so far. I keep hoping that we might get spared in this round since the last one cost us nearly a third of the team.

What does a meeting mean?

If we do have a meeting scheduled for today- does that for sure mean I’m being let go? Or could my role change as well? Just curious if a meeting today means for sure I’m being let go.

New org looks unrecognisable. Heaps of demotions but more importantly no career pathways at Nike anymore. Many given option of a demotion or a redundancy. Tough decisions ahead!!
