Reorganization in the hands of completely and utterly clueless and incompetent people. Layoffs for the sake of layoffs. Seems at this point the layoffs serve only to signal you are following the latest corporate fashion and that you are supremely competent and resolute management ready to blow the stock price through the roof. AI, the latest make-believe fancy bullsh-t, will surely save the day. All three combined will make Nike implode.

yep, and it seems like nearly every "senior" leader who couldn't tell difference between a vector and a matrix wants us to go "all in on Gen AI". I mean stop this insanity.
Except Nikes stock price has plummeted… Turns out investors aren’t that d-mb after all, and even they can sniff out the ineffectiveness of our leadership
Ironic because before I got laid off ChatGPT was blocked from even going onto the site, now they are all about AI.
