With many teams now sitting across multiple buildings/campuses since the reorg, my building has been half empty for weeks. It doesn’t make sense to commute into campus to sit on zoom all day.

They are monitoring badge swipes .. at some point they will look for folks who aren’t complying and use it against you if they need to further reduce HC.
Just work from home. Of course, You’ll miss out on the occasional sh1tty pizza party

Nike is run by elitist pieces of shi* they know the return office makes no sense for the lower class. Fact is they care more about the optics of a populated campus than anything any of us does. Our work means nothing to them, remember that when you are stuck in traffic for 2 hours 4 days a week. Remember that when your clueless manager rings the fire bell for a QBR slide deck that never gets used.
