I have an a-s manager who refuses to send me my CFE in writing! Says tge Sr Dir had to calibrate the CFEs!!! And he has entered it himself. The SR Dir has zero visibility to my projects and My manager has been we-ponizing this over the past few months! I have worked my tail off... Anyone know how should I check my cFE in the system? Or in workday????

You must be a joy to work with, OP... your manager is telling you how it works, this thing called calibration. The truth is not everyone can be a HS... that's impossible. And when did a successful get such a bad rep? Successful is good in my book. It doesnt even impact your PSP, so what gives?
Just because the director entered it does not mean the rating is final. Your director is being honest with you and you are refusing to believe them.
OP - which group and manager and SD you have?
I’m in same situation. My manager’s favorite is getting all promo, $.
The reality of the CFE proves just how fake & Slimy Nike is. It would be a huge time savings to stop the charade & sh*t can the CFE. Nobody uses it as a measure of performance, the ratings are arbitrary & will be calibrated to the mean anyway. Unless you are a Sr. Directors pet or glory hound stealing others work as your own you will get a successful rating.
CFE ratings were a joke this year. As a director, I submitted ratings for my team but our SD already had ratings defined for the entire department. None of our inputs were taken seriously, if they were even reviewed at all.
Any SD or Manager giving you a less than a successful is because you’ve already been written up or working you’re way to be fired.
It’s prettt straight forward then, you’re getting canned or you’re leaving on your own.
There are three CFE "ratings" The one you give yourself, the one you manager gives you, and the one your m+1 gives you. The only one that really matters it the m+1. Teams have to argue for who gets the limited percentage of E's allowed per group. As others have pointed out, as long as you aren't below S, it doesn't really matter unless you are SD or above, when it's more closely tied to your profit sharing. I highly doubt a +1 is going to rate someone NP unless their manager is recommending it.
Man take a breath you’re hysterical
CFE ratings will be visible in Workday eventually. The due date for managers to input them into Workday was last Friday. I can’t speak to the quality of your manager, but it’s normal and expected to discuss ratings and calibrate them with their own manager. You don’t necessarily want one manager with radically different ratings than their peers’ direct reports. As far as CFE delivery goes, I was told by manager to have them delivered by early August at the latest. The most important thing, raises, will be visible in Workday in late July.
CFE is all made up and the points don’t matter.
No idea why we waste so much time filling it out when no one but your manager reads it, after having coached you through what to enter in the first place.
You’ll get what your department has to give. Unless they’re managing you out, then you’ll get an under-performs rating
