Thread regarding Nike Inc. layoffs

Anonymous comment here (but probably not on the employee survey)

I seem to remember that in past years the word "anonymous" used to show up on the yearly Employee Survey. This year, the wording says "Participation and individual responses are treated as confidential. However, comments that violate NIKE policies.... are escalated to Employee Relations". Seems that the last All Hands continues to strike a nerve. ELT can't handle to hear the truth.

Also, sign in with OKTA before you take the survey so we can be clear about who you are.

I straight up deleted the invitation email. Don't need that drama again after sharing feedback in prior years, so our VP could read the comments publicly during team meetings and ridicule the once that were critical.

I used to work on that survey and the results were, in fact anonymous, unless you said something stupid that outed yourself.

One funny thing I learned is that MM has that team do a search in the comments for her name so if you want to give her some direct feedback, use her full name in your comment and itll go straight to her. Happy commenting 🤣

as someone in HR. do not say anything that you wish to not be used against you in these "anonymous" surveys.

I think anonymous surveys are typically handled by third parties. Either way, I’d be surprised if the contents of the survey are made available to uppers in a way where individuals can be identified. I’d assume there are only specific circumstances where content is investigated, such as sending of death threats or something…

HR exists to protect the corporation and pretend to care about the well being of the minions. Those surveys have never been anonymous, speaking out in those surveys does no good and can only give HR a reason to discipline you. Leadership has demonstrated time and time again they are liars and do not care about us at all.

My bad. I used to answer these things honestly. Probably explains some things about my career here.
