I was hired in 2022. Now I am worried I may be the last in first out if at all a layoff happens. Ford just fired newbies just to avoid age discrimination charges.

Why do I see so many forceful excuses for why that is? It seems like when General Motors managers want to FORCE you believe something that you really don’t.
