I think there are fewer and fewer people who actually still love their job here. Unfortunately, there are many reasons for that. I am urgently looking for a way out.

I left GM last year and life has been amazing since then. Auto is not where its at and that's clear to me
When I saw first hand that HR at WTC is scared to death of the UAW. Attempting to enforce any discipline is a complete waste of time.
Some people do the work, and some people spend the day chatting.
Everyone has a part to play in the group.
When they straight up gave me all the work from my laid off co-worker in 2018. A few people seem to do all the work. It is a constant trend.
When I got an email late Friday afternoon saying I will have to work in the office 3 days a week.
When I realized how incompetent most GM middle management is. Change? Nope, we’ve always done it this way, no matter how wasteful. They keep their jobs by agreeing with their boss, and never speaking up. I often pointed out waste and incompetence. I was labeled as a problem, even though it now takes 2 to do the job I performed with sparkling reviews and feedback. So glad to be away from that aggravation.
When the GM lifers decided to make my life horrible because I was doing what they should have done.
