So in the most recent Total Rewards journal, there was mention of a "Salary market adjustment" coming for folks March 1, 2023... anyone have any idea what the % increase is going to be?

4% instead of 2%
If you moved to a low cost town during the pandemic, you're getting a pay cut. Of course, if you moved to New York you won't get a raise. Adjustments only go down :-)
