I made a cardinal mistake when I came here from a company that (I now realize) valued its employees far more than this one does. Is there any company in the industry that cares less about its hard working employees? I would say that there is none.

Ex-Motown kid here. Car companies have always been poorly run and a bit nasty. GM deliberately screwed its retirees over by making the healthcare benefit an after tax one as a simple example. You'd have to be crazy to bet on GM stock as long as Barra and crew are leading??? it!
