Funny how GM’s executive director Tam Golden was quick to comment on Tesla’s Elon Musk Return to Work policy. Elon was very up front about layoffs. GM is trying to avoid negative press and the cost of laying people off. Recently GM went on a hiring freeze, but still allowed thousands of College Hires to onboard. Returning to Work will allow experienced individuals to find a job elsewhere while GM is left with their new hires that haven’t been properly trained. Bad move!! WOC = 0.
