VP was asked to provide a list of employees to cut for end of month lay-offs and told her boss she's done. This will be a big loss to Gainwell and an amazing gesture by one of the few "leaders" that remained.

There will be additional March layoffs along with the elimination of the ROC team by 3/31. Exact volume is being determined currently. But it is estimated to be at least 250.

ROC team to be eliminated by 3/31. Their positions are being scrutinized currently. The team is slated to be eliminated by the end of March.

Anyone else have their 1/31 401k contribution taken out of their paycheck but never submitted to Fidelity? Is this a sign?

Especially two questions in particular..,

Why must we wait so long to get our 401k match? Things aren’t looking promising and I want it all before I leave.

Next round of layoffs will hit tomorrow 12/19/2023. It is somewhat of a smaller amount. The big layoff is still scheduled for around 1/20/2024. Good luck to all.
