Thread regarding Gainwell Technologies layoffs

A new Chief People Officer

Just what Gainwell needs. More executives. That is clearly the answer to fixing their financial peril. And for helping to disguise their illegal and unethical business practices.

Welcome to Gainwell.

The new C suite execs are dead wood. Big logs of dead wood floating around pretending to help but actually being of no value. More harmful than helpful. Worthless.

A good bonfire is needed for nearly every leader at Gainwell.

As they brings in new c-suite execs VPs they must get rid old rotten dead wood - there a lot of them as Directors who are just floating around without adding any value in their roles as Dirs - lots to name across the board.

With as much trouble as the company is in we probably need a few more c suite execs. I mean the financial peril should have its own. The unethical practices should have their own. The illegal practices should have their own.

And most importantly the fake awards should have their own.

Bring on the coke dealer.

Amen!! Hopefully no layoff fears anymore and we live and work happily ever after…

There will be naysayers and evil minded pessimistic colleagues who want to do some fear-mongering to get saddistic pleasure of our their d-mb deeds.

I don’t know, changing the name to “Chief People Officer” has kind of turned my frown upside down. I feel more valued and heard now. GW feels like a warm and cozy place now, like a family home.
I think this move will help the company immensely. As we all know, the head of HR is the key player in any company’s success!

Chief People Officer isn't a new role, it's the same role as the Chief Human Resources Officer, just has a different title. You can always apply for a job at Catalyst Solutions, it's where everyone is going.

Awards are fake?? Thought that those were just randomly created by internal GW HR and so-called marketing team since they don’t have much to do.

What a joke of a dept HR has been since Gainwell was formed. Few VPs are just milking $$$ until their retirement.

Oh yes. Less employees definitely warrants a new C suite position.

Buy some more fake awards Gainwell.

“Provide an environment where employees can thrive and grow”

What a f*cking joke. How can you thrive and grow if you are being spied on?
