Voluntary package in April?

I am hearing in April a VRIF - voluntary reduction in force. If you are over 55 with 10 or more years of service will be eligible. Standard separation package but health care until 12/31/23. Any truth to this rumor?

Still no major layoffs

Everybody is quick to badmouth Xerox, but with all the layoffs that are happening in nearly every industry, we are still standing strong. I also believe there'll be no major announcements in the near future. Unlike many of you, despite everything... — read more

Unbelieveable Decline...

I work at ex Global Imaging core company, now rebranded as Xerox business solutions. We were a busy growing local entity before the pandemic... Sure, the pandemic is somewhat to blame for the decline, but most of what i have seen is the fault of... — read more

Changes coming to Florida

Leadership changes coming soon. Our current exec team is failing hard and fast, they do not care about employees only numbers. Extremely poor decisions are being made from the top. Xerox leadership team can't be this numb to realize a change is... — read more

Reminder.

True talent and hard-work isn't appreciated here. The only true skill here that is encouraged here is bootlicking. If you give your body and soul to this company your martyrdom won't be celebrated. Seek better opportunities elsewhere. That is all.

Fleet vechical

Why would the leasing company for the fleet vechical use my address and generate a tax bill on their vechical in my town records on a van I no longer have wtf

401k Match?

I've heard everything from 401k match is happening in Dec 2022, to January 27th, to "next" paycheck, to never. My guess is "Never." Pepperidge Farm is the only one that might remember when Xerox cared about, and invested in their employees.

Useless posts with no real value.

Just saying… lots of useless posts that do nothing for anyone. Is there anyone left at xerox, that has a clue? And the comments here do nothing to help situation. Just pointing that out, but it should be obvious by now.

Money talks…

So what’s everyone getting paid? Like 70k? 80k 90k? Lol

Cash is King!!

Skimpy cash report. Selling off receivables provides a tiny short term cushion. Reality of lost MIF and lack of new units in the field has not shown up yet.

Year End Finale

The gods of gear rained machines across this great country of ours this past month just in time to make the naysayers put their potato peelers away. Could the trickle tracklin of gear leading up to the gusher been a calculated move conspired from... — read more
