as someone also posted, it's a one weekend event AND everyone is eligible. That means the U.S. Canada, EMEA, LATAM, and every position from sales to marketing to service, engineering, supply chain, managed services, finance, etc. After corporate officers and other host allocations, very few slots will remain, I'm guessing they are scrambling to figure out how to stack rank and a bunch of positions will be deemed congruent for purposes of ranking. Good idea but probably way under funded to recognize many major contributors

It's a small resort and after corporate officers and other hosts are counted, maybe a few people here and there will qualify. Per John B. EVERYONE is eligible. That was unrealistic for a one weekend event.
