Xerox would try to sell ice cubes to an eskimo. If you loose 7-8% of your base, soon you will have no need for employees, warehouses, advertising or products. This is how you destroy a company and ruin as many peoples lives as possible.

Customer base keeps declining 7-8 % per year …only way to respond has been through layoffs … Lost lots of good people …
