It's as simple as that. All the failures and all the lack of innovation and focus on what has been instead of what could be is the fault of failed leadership. It's sad to see people turn on each other in the comments here when all the anger should be focused on those who are truly responsible for our state today - those on the very top.

The Xerox today expects nothing less than mediocrity…how’s that for an HR
Benchmark.
It will be ok.
Why does Xerox management spout all the fancy buzz words but substance is sadly lacking …
SB has all the buzz words ..
From UB to present day SB nothing but
overpaid shills that travel around spouting useless ism’s..Latest stupidity
“be a disrupter.”
geniuses on this site would do no worse for millions of dollars less
Clearly the geniuses on this site would be able to turn Xerox around with ease. Please bless us with your supreme knowledge and enlighten us what's needed.
Blackbelt lunacy was allowed to run amuck…
The layoff run by incompetent leaders. Posters are incompetent followers.
Old news going on 30 plus years now ..
Finally found a worthwhile product on Xerox’s website. Thank you CI for finally getting some value out of this total DOG of a company. Please keep Adam Smith-ing this pig!

This is so boring, don’t know why I come to this site anymore,
“ Xerox is so incompetent, blah blah blah wah wah wah”
Ughh.
Robust tech no likey Xerox.
Everyone expects the creative Tech Powerhouse twist on reality
You misspelled Ta-d PowerHouse.
It’s not the very top. It’s the pathetic senior-mid level managers who are regurgitating the corporate spew to those doing the heavy lifting. Everyone expects the creative Tech Powerhouse twist on reality from the very top. The ones perpetuating c-level, “Rock Star” bile are truly pathetic.
Wow! The genius! Xerox hasn't been well since the 80s ... and you come with this revelation? Brilliant! You need to be CEO.
