Remember when the current regime “discovered” Docushare?
It wasn’t that long ago that the top guys told us and the investors about how Docushare was going to make us a “digital powerhouse” They didn’t have a clue about how dependent Xerox is/was on Fuji. Carl, John and Steve were totally blind.
The guys are mo--ns. Of course more layoffs are coming. There’s nothing left here.

emperor JV he had no clothes. Any sane adult knew you don’t give a Japanese business person the middle finger, and in public. JV and crew: Brooklyn Bravado towards the Japanese? My little kids know better than this. totally self inflicted mafia boss shoots his own foot. Sad.
Absolutely brainless management.
Icahn and his gang never understood what they were investing in. The never understood how intertwined Fuji and Xerox were. They never understood how useless many Xerox patents and technologies had become. They never understood how Ursula and Jacobson had screwed it up. They never understood how ALL the leaders (yes, even Ann) mismanaged Xerox SINCE THE 90s. The place ran on momentum and post-sale revenues for decades.
There will be more rounds of layoffs until there is nothing left. At this stage, there’s very little left to sell off so it will just continue to shrink.
They never believed it either, just BS to fool investors
Docushare compared to SharePoint is like Windows 3.1 compared to Windows 11.
Or maybe Docushare is DOS compared to Windows 11.
Either way, the Executive team saying that Docushare was going to save us was the height of ignorance.
Comparing Docushare to Notion (or any modern of its peers) is like comparing a Model T to a Tesla.
