Why did Steve B just sell 135,000 shares for $2.1M ?

A substantial part of his comp is stock. He needs to sell occasionally for cash and to divest. The capital gains guy needs to read a book. Thats not how it works.
Divestiture contd, though not ready for prime time: https://3dprintingindustry.com/news/xerox-sells-3d-printing-business-elem-additive-solutions-to-additec-224014/
Fat midwest tech or A3 Tiger working for the screamer, you decide
Mmmm, burger. Maybe Steve B selling XRX for some MCD! What’s between your buns?
“Did somebody say burger?” - the fat midwestern tech.
Just a big nothingburger as usual from the ex crybabies on here and chicken littles. Who cares what the man spends his money on?! The logical poster who mentioned about capital gains is probably accurate. I can tell most of you keyboard warriors just watch reality shows looking for any drama you can.
Following in a long line of former Xerox CEO’s who enriched themselves while doing absolutely nothing for the worker bees. UB was the worst replacing the disgraced Paul”all air” Allaire..JV was a distant third. His time was short but the damaged he did still remains..
He could fill that inflated ego with 2.1M one dollar bills and have room to spare
Maybe to pay off the CareAR “leaders” that were canned yesterday?
He's just selling shares he bought less than a year ago to avoid capital gains tax and for a few extra bucks. JV did the same move and folks on here were saying the same thing.
If I got $2.1M for selling some stock maybe I wouldn’t be worried about Fuji either. Fun fact CEO know more than they let on - when they sell it is NOT a good sign.
Something doesn’t smell right
Based on a few months ago, I thought xrx was going to the moon?

He may be a bald, napolean-complex-having, $hitbag of a CEO, but he's not stupid. $$$$ChaChing $$$$
Take the money and run - he is a Xerox CEO what did you expect?
He knows something that our gut has been tell us for years!
Maybe he is getting a new “back yard”?
