Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

To the 4th graders in xerox management….just a little thank you….

Oh Thank You xerox management. You are so special to me.
Thank you for the bad decisions and the gross mismanagement here. Thank you for the bonehead ideas and policies you implement. Thank you for the layoffs and staff reductions.
Thank you for the branch closings and the effect on dividends. Thank you for the poor products and alliances with questionable vendors.
And finally…Thank you for the eroding customer base and the loss of major accounts.

All this means a lot to us. But again obviously, i must be looking for something that isn’t there. I keep forgetting….

I will hang up and wait for my exit interview….sure i will.

I have lost all respect for any manager currently working at Xerox. No backbone, never an advocate for the employees. The managers are just hanging on, doing as little as possible to get by, and when their retirement comes they will bolt. All managers are only looking out for themselves. When there in no confidence in the management of a company it is time to get a different job. Xerox has lost its way.

Xerox leadership does not read these nor do they know this site exists! They are too busy figuring out what XDM is and how to bill a customer. I am pretty sure JCS doesn’t know what CPC or AMV means. They are too busy blowing smoke and rainbows all over social media. It’s a all a joke. Make the money you can and continue to sink the ship.

I can assure you nobody at XRX is even aware of this site and would not care if they were. Low level thinking here.

And what’s crazy is that Xerox is the only company to lose any value during the pandemic. Literally no other company lost any value. - read satirically. I know that’s a big word for the educationally challenged on here but use good ol google.

Wow ….sheer amazement and astonishment is all i can say.

Living in my head? Pray for me?
Wow….. xerox denial room 204 advanced honors class.

Grateful? Well yes. Because i invested in gold and silver and did okay. No thanks to xerox.
This was money i made on the side doing cybersecurity work at my brothers office. So yes i am grateful.

Why do you protect xerox and give them credence ? If it isn’t obvious by now how they have treated people and the moves they have made to damage this company, it will never be known.

Good luck with your agenda.

You're right on the money when you say that Xerox leadership scours this and other threads for feedback and targeted retribution. I learned this firsthand during our recent orchestrated home confinement and pharma push. In my 25+ years associated with Xerox across the agent channel, velocity and XBS, the one thing that I learned is that Xerox may not be able to deliver toner on time or craft an accurate invoice, but don't ever doubt the folks in corporate security. It's the only department at Xerox that works. Forget AR, AI or RPA...we should just roll into other acronyms like the FBI, NSA or CIA. Let's face it, the entire brass of this company are shills for bourgeoisie and we are just proletarians. So glad I'm no longer associated with Xerox...but the best part was burning the boats as I left. Carnage in my wake.

Trolls and keyboard warriors are so funny to me. Take the two minutes to be grateful about something in your life. I’m honestly praying for you, I hope you are able to find happiness.

First of all. Xerox management does read these posts. As it was brought up in a meeting that negative comments or criticism is not appreciated.
Second of all i left a scathing email to HR, my boss, and the branch manager of my office.

I did not have the address to all the xerox bigshots in the Hamptons or Martha’s Vineyard, so kinda tough to contact them.

Talk a big game? Everything i did was because xerox deserved it. I have seen how they operate for years.

Yanno …hindsight is 20/20. You should have done this or that.
At least i did something. Not just sit around and be a part of a wrecked ship with a dead crew.
Xerox doesn’t read this? They are in every avenue of your life everywhere else. Why would you think they wouldn’t use this tool for damage control?

Think about it. It’s not that difficult to fathom.

Xerox management is not on here reading your posts. Instead of ranting on here, communicate this directly to them, if you have any b@lls.
