Few months ago we were hacked and customers were not able to access their data for weeks. Now it turns that our expensive devices are losing data. Will we be able to gain our reputation back?

Is there any reason why management wouldn’t make necessary headcount reductions? It’s confounding why cuts aren’t happening when WD is losing so much money, and many employees have nothing to do.
