The years of mismanagement is why we have shut downs, sale of offices, no 401k. No RSU, No STI and are in a position of being "merged.:. The merger will not save this company. Prepare for more layoffs and more chaos. DG will not be any better once merger is complete. It will get worse before it gets better. The transition will be a stressful sh$$ sh$$.
