Is the no bonus and no rsu's a warranty that there will not be more layoffs, or can we have more layoffs plus the benefit cuts? We coud not be in worse shape

Was giving the executive team tens of millions in bonuses, while laying off, cutting 401k matching, and eliminating employee bonuses a choice? It is!
The problem isn't layoffs or no layoffs - the problem is who we're laying off. There are people here basically stealing from the company, and their bosses are protecting them. For the rest of us working our as--s off, it's patently unfair. Happens at all big companies to some degree, but it still hurts to see losers keeping their jobs.
Bonus and RSU have always been a gamble albeit a safe one. That's why some people are willing to take less total comp in exchange for higher base. That being said those two and layoffs are not exclusive. As a matter of fact, they always go hand in hand. I'm just hoping that we go ahead merge with Kioxia, strip everything down, and start fresh. If I survive I would stay a bit to see where things going. If I get cut, at least I would be over with it and move on. It is what it is.
Let the layoffs begin. The company needs to rite-size!
