You just discovered that WD under-pays? Where have you been OP?
same post also on STX layoffs. what is the authors of this post at WDC and STX trying to achieve? Unhappiness? Envy?
Nobody stops anyone from applying for a job there. Go for it.
What are you trying to imply? WD is as mediocre HW company. WD can never have such high profit margins as the big tech software companies. Hence we would never get such salaries as people in big tech
