Is there any reason why management wouldn’t make necessary headcount reductions? It’s confounding why cuts aren’t happening when WD is losing so much money, and many employees have nothing to do.

@ejj+1oacBAK7 Everyone is in a different situation, and the complaints likely come from different groups of people. The loss of bonuses and benefits causes a lot of financial stress to some of us and we may have to make unwanted transitions if the company continues to be unprofitable.
