Problems with Cigna?

I recently returned from being on short-term disability. I work in claims. Cigna was extremely difficult to work with. My return to work date changed a few times and it was very difficult to get my claim extended. Has anyone else experienced this?

Claims is melting down

Does anybody else notice that it seems like the EOM claims model is finally collapsing? The latest communications received from management are threatening, condescending, and have an ominous tone. It looks like we are going into full panic mode now.
