I went to email a colleague today. I received the dreaded Outlook notice indicating she is no longer with the company. Just like that, without as much as a notice, a great employee gone. She was a leader, smart, tons of designations, degrees, and certifications, friendly, achieved much for the company and was my friend. I am not sure what the vision is for our company, but it does not include people like her.

BTW, they are calculated the reductions for next year already. It supposed to be a three year plan. At least going to be a two year plan as Management is working on reductions for next year now. I know that the hubs and Bloomington are working on reductions for next year now.

Prior posters about a great company are trolls.SF used to be a great company to work for and used to provide outstanding claim service, but that was many years ago.
