Just heard State Farm is eliminating Virtual Days. Hopefully this is an isolated case. A really great perk that costs the company nothing.

Anybody know when the Select a Gift comes out
Yet another reason that we are struggling to attract bright young employees. We have a very outdated way of treating our workforce and people have much better options now. I have worked with at least 30 to 40 interns over the course of my career here and in the last five years it is shocking how few of the good ones we are able to hire when they graduate.
