Yes you read it correctly, Frederick Operation Center will be not closing in 2021. Possibly moving to smaller location.

I am sorry to inform you all. FOC is definately closing in 3 years. So a VPO can't spell definitely?
FOC will be closing much sooner than 3 years, we are planning on making an announcement end of 4th quarter. Stay tuned.
I felt like the Kool-Aide was being forced down my throat when they showed those LIVE, WORK, PLAY videos. Not criticizing any of the metro areas that the hubs are in since I don't know anything about them but was a mind f*&k. Glad I got out when I did. There is life after State Farm and it's glorious. Not having to dread going to work everyday is the best part.
And many of those experienced employees are not willing to move to a hub location. Funny they dropped their WORK, LIVE, PLAY slogan for the Hubs rather quickly. Its more like TRAFFIC, WORK, TRAFFIC. Makes for nice 12 hour days.
Considering the incredible turn over in the hubs, and low unemployment, maybe they are coming to the realization that they can’t dump all of the employees working in non-hub locations as fast as they would like to. The experienced employees in these locations are the only hope the company has to avoid complete failure
