What are people getting for Severance?
I know one person who was impacted in SLC with great performance reviews for the past 10 years, HR said the severance details would come later via email. Does anyone know what the standard package is?

I can't say I’d be profoundly sorry if I’m let go
I’ve been with MS for five years, and that’s been more than enough. I wish everyone the best of luck, especially those who truly want to keep their job.
Barely got any rest
I spent the entire weekend worrying. Leaving some of us hanging like this is just extra cruel. I’d have much rather known last week if I was laid off than go through the torture of this weekend. The stress sent my anxiety through the roof. This place... — read more

No more mass layoffs at MS?
