I know one person who was impacted in SLC with great performance reviews for the past 10 years, HR said the severance details would come later via email. Does anyone know what the standard package is?

Is there also a notice period? Or just Severance?
Is the 3 weeks per year capped at 10 years? I heard that as rumour, and what region?

3 weeks per year of employment. Layoffs happened today
I received 3 weeks per year. But required to stick around for a transition period
I got way less than 2 weeks of severance for each year of service.
No email but i got a paper
