Hi,
I been in MS finance for less than a year and on performance and impact I received <1 and the other pillars I received <15. I didnt get a raise but received a pro rated bonus. Will I get a PIP? My manager is not saying whether I will get a PIP or not. They oly said the rating can lead to a PIP. Not sure what to do as I am not familiar with MS YE review process

The year end review already done before comp day, why you got your score so later?
