Any obvious DEI layoffs?

Just curious.

I get more interviews when I fill out the job application as a non-wh*te person.

I was definitely a DEI hire that got the boot. I worked about a year, messed up a lot of stuff and basically got let go after my boss got in trouble for something I probably did incorrectly. I really had no idea what I was doing 75% of the time.

Yeah, I’m wondering the same thing. Watching d-mb people being hired into positions they are not qualified for has been entertaining but yeah, it’s obvious there are some that were hired to fill a quota.

This is a d-mb question. People are so stupidly focused on the wrong things. DEI is a buzz word for what corporations will do anyway. Minorities are cheaper on average. The people who make more money will be the ones to go on average in layoffs like this last one.

If you are gleefully awaiting for your racism to be justified then you are going to be sorely mistaken. As a matter of fact your job will end up being taken by a computer likely sooner than you think. You really need to readjust your viewpoint.
