I heard that most layoffs were this morning, are they now done in the US? I’m in New York, if that matters

@a9+1jq7ar17g Our MD just did. :( It looks like our department was impacted, but I'm not sure who was affected. I guess I'll find out tomorrow when I'm in the office.
Aftter it is done, the MD may set up a meeting to announe this time layoff is over: )
When someone is about to be eliminated, is it just right away? Or first, it goes offline, and the next day will be removed from the firmwide directory?
Half today, half tomorrow
Yeah. I don't notice HR on the floor anymore and most teams have had a meeting talking about the impacts.
More than likely it's over or wrapping up
