If anyone has a less than stellar performance on your year-end review please start looking. I heard rumors from VPs and EDs about it and someone also told me that they are finalizing budgets, but can't confirm layoffs so I am certain that jobs are moving to India, Canada, and opening up contractors in Mexico. Either way these are rumors, but morale has been damaged for me. My manager staying quiet and avoiding me as well as my teammates avoiding discussions with me.
Even if it doesn't come to fruition, it's best to stay ready at all times.
