Let's get true numbers since it's a hit/miss for raises.
List your pay grade/csa, specialist, etc. How many years with the company. How much you make. And amount of raise or no raise. True numbers so everyone can compare.

11 cent raises, off ONE weekend a month which is BS, computer generated scr$w you schedule. Whats so hard about a set schedule? So... no time for family, no way to work a second job if someone needed. So they have you by the dangling bits.

That time of year...
...for Lowe's house cleaning. I work in Region 1 and learned today that our District Manager got kicked to the curb on Friday. I also was told that the Regional ISM got similar treatment.

Can an ASM be biologically blood related to an associate in the store he is working at i.e son-daughter. Seems wrong to me. There is no way to not show favoritism.
