Specialist make sense to eliminate completely. It entitles people to sit or stand at desks all day.
All red vests should be capable of operating a computer, operating a register, operating all power equipment, and set up sales.
Maybe then you would demonstrate that you are worthy of a raise. Lowes is only as hard as you make it. It's your job to find the training and it's your job to know what to do. Stop waiting to be told what to do.

Marvin is just trying to justify what other responsibilities he can dump on us per day. Lowe's will not give without taking somewhere.
