What is the point of the bay maintainance team?
All they do is stand in the aisles playing on their cell phones.

Been in the job for 3 weeks. The bay maintenance things is a disaster. Straighten bay 1 and 5 and leave 3 and 7. Even if they are worse than 1 and 5. It could be helpful if they rethink it. I’m very disappointed in my Lowes experience so far.
I was a PSA, and am befuddled by what the merchandising program has morphed into under Marvin's "fixing it."
