Wish Lowes Corp and HD would report unit sales along with dollar comps. It’s easy to comp $$ when you keep raising retails. Unit sales are the real barometer of a healthy retailer.

Back in the day, you would sell 3 refrigerators for the same price as one sold today. Still the same margin, but with quite a bit of lower units sold. Imagine if the volume was the same. Sales would be off the charts
